On the chain level, logistics is a matter of teamwork. As a player on this level, you are faced with a number of questions: How efficient and effective is my supply chain? How can I improve it? How can I profit from stock and information in the chain? Can lower logistics costs and/or a higher degree of service be achieved, and what role do suppliers play in this? What chain effects should I take into account? How should I set up my stock management and at the same time prevent suboptimisation?
Results
After this course, you will have a better understanding of how the chain functions and the repercussions of this on your stock management. You will understand the effectiveness and efficiency of your own stock management. Here you will be aware of your own and other logistical concepts and chain concepts, including their advantages and disadvantages. You can get to work in your organisation and/or chain with concrete ideas for improving stock management.

Method
During the training course Stock Management in Chain Perspective you will enlarge your understanding through a unique combination of simulation and theory. Using Involvation's Supply Chain Game and other simulation techniques, you will experience the consequences of your own decisions. The theory offered will aid to transfer your experiences into an enlarged understanding.
