Supply Chain Game fun version
Involvation has developed a fascinating logistics board game. Along with 2 to 6 team or family members you take up the challenge: deliver your products as quickly and as cheaply as possible to your customers. Who wins? The player with the best setup and management of the supply chain, of course! And what keeps it exciting? Good and bad luck also play a role here – just as in real life. |
While you play this game, you have to make numerous choices. Where do you produce your goods? Do you choose for low production costs and long delivery routes? Or do you spend more on production but establish yourself closer to home? Which distribution chains do you choose? What is the influence of the market demand share on your own choice for a supply chain?
