In this paper, we share our vision of how organizations in the complex automotive supply chain can deal with the current crisis. In section 2, we discuss the demand and supply shocks in the automotive supply chain. In the third and fourth sections, we predict that there are multiple crises ahead and recommend how to deal with them. In section 5 we explain modelling, forecasting and volatility management. Section 6 is about how to organize a Bullwhip Response Team.
